Step 1 : Login

  1. Open the web browser (chrome / internet explorer / firefox / safari) on your desktop or mobile
  2. Visit www.shopschool.in/vikas
  3. LOGIN with student account number & password (sent to you by SMS)

Step 2 : Shop

  1. Select the product
  2. Click on ADD TO CART
  3. Select the Size of a product if required.

Step 3 : Shopping Cart

  1. Products, Sizes, Quantities and Prices based on the selection will be displayed.
  2. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

Step 4 : Check Out

  1. CONTINUE SHOPPING : To go back to Shop
  2. CLEAR CART : To empty the Cart
  3. UPDATE CART : If quantities are changed (-/+), click UPDATE CART 9 to update quantities in the Cart

Step 5 : Billing & Shipping Address

  1. Provide Billing Address for Online Payment
  2. Provide Shipping Address for Home Delivery (If Shipping Address is 9 different than Billing Address)

Step 6 : Shipping & Payment Methods

1. Select Shipping Method:

  • Pick at School
  • Home Delivery

2. Select Payment Method:

  • ONLINE PAYMENT : Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking
  • PAY AT SCHOOL : Pay at the Cash Counter at School (Not Available due to Covid)

3. Click PLACE ORDER

1. Select the Books and Stationery Kit
2. Click on Customize

1. Click on the Customize button
2. If not Required Replace with “0” by Typing.
3. Edit the Qty. as per requirement.

Customization
  1. The delivery charges include 3 Attempts delivery event within 48 hrs at no additional cost.
  2. POD (Proof of each Delivery): Receiver’s signature / e-Signature and image will be taken as POD
  3. SMS alert at Out for delivery & Delivered status included.
  4. SMS/Call facility that helps customers know when the product will be delivered.
  5. OTP confirmation for delivering the order successfully.
  6. Reject during delivery:   After Out for delivery if the delivery is rejected or order canceled,  Full Charge of delivery + Extra Rs.30/- will be charged to collect undelivered order back to Origin.
  7. Delivery Timeline is 24 – 48 hours from placement of the order
  8. Deliveries will not be carried out on Bandh days, Transport Strikes etc.

Uniform Terms & Conditions

My uniform doesn’t fit my child properly, what should I do?
Try it before you buy it. To make the process a little easier, we are providing samples of all sizes for you to try it on to check the correct fitting, before placing the order. You are expected to order the correct fitting. When you receive your child’s uniform make sure it’s the same size you ordered.

I would like to return the uniform and get a refund

We do not accept returns. Please see our exchange policy.

Can I exchange the uniform?
Uniform exchange is allowed only if it is defective or damaged. Please ensure you contact us within 24 hours to exchange the uniform. You can place a request for exchange by replying to the order confirmation email, sharing the pictures of the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it to determine whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Can I exchange a uniform after washing?
No, uniforms that have been washed will not qualify for exchange. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. The uniform should have everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels and original packing.
